We're back from our break, ready and raring to get going again. And what a way to start last week. After attending a social event the day after our long flight home, which raised £1500 for Cancer Research in memory of Andrew's Nana, we revisited Suds in the Bucket on Tuesday's Retro class. Tonight's dance is Best Medication, one of our own dances which was requested by class members - looking forward to it!
And then on Thursday, Clive taught Pat Stott's new dance Codigo, which seems to be quite popular out and about, and I taught Graffitti by Karl Harry Winson. Wow! What a dance! I know I'm a little late with this one, what with Christmas and holidays, but it's well worth learning if you haven't yet. I love it!
We have a NEW beginner class starting after (a very late) half term holiday. I'm offering a 6 week beginner course that will enable you to get up and dance at least 8 dances at Country music events or line dance socials. These will be classic dances that have stood the test of time, and which I'm sure we'll still be dancing 20 years from now.
You can either pay up-front for the class (commitment to keep coming) or attend the first 5 classes at £5 each and get the 6th one free. Course starts 5th March and last class of the course is 9th April. If you want to join us, you don't have to book a place, just turn up to the first class. If you have any questions, try our FAQ page or get in touch (see contact page).
We're looking forward to seeing you all in the coming weeks! Maybe see some of you at the Wagon Wheel Roundup this weekend too?
