I've spent some time during the last week working on a new dance for the LS Dance Workshop on 22nd July. Thank you to the Intermediates for being my guinea pigs (with sound effects!). It is an Improver dance, but as I know none of the Intermediates are going to be at the event, it was a great opportunity to try it out and get feedback. It does need a little work still so the finished teach will look a little different to what I taught in class last week. Writing dances isn't the easiest thing, writing the scripts is even harder. We should appreciate those who do this day in day out, although I guess, as I keep telling you all, everything gets easier with practice.
Don't forget to get your wristbands for the workshop and social weekend. Full details are on the events page.
Also, we saw the final Wagon Wheel Roundup under the original guise this past weekend. Joe, Colin and Ric are hanging up their boots for this event, but passing it on to Luke of LS Dance. More details for future events can also be found on the Events page.
Can't wait to see you on the dance floor!
