Well the summer holidays are here and we are all off to various locations, so no classes through August, but we will be back on the first Thursday in September! Look forward to seeing you then.

In the meantime, don't forget Richard Palmer is at the Samlet Club on Wednesday 10th August. He's a great performer and it will be a brilliant night

I am afraid I have had to cancel the summer school but plan to run the usual Thursday night class this week, as normal.

Hi
Time is really flying by now, classes have been running for two months and I think the beginners class can see just how quickly they have picked things up.

The BIG news is that I will be running a Summer School for 11-16 years (see classes page for full details) so if you know of any budding or wannabe dancers, let them know about it. Numbers are strictly limited, places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so book quickly!

The dances will be a mix of traditional and modern line dances and most will be danced to up to date music, (Jessie J, Katy Perry, Black Eyed Peas) though we may include some other types of music, just to add a bit of variety. A lot of the content will be very much up to the students and their abilities.

The highlight of the course will be a performance of the dances learned to an invited audience on the last day - but if you are interested in seeing what it's all about, contact me for details of the show.
