We've been to another festival, another weekend away from home. This time it was Twinwood Festival, a 1940's event at the airfield Glen Miller was based at in Bedfordshire.
We had a fantastic time (our 3rd year) and were joined by some friends who go to our Tuesday class. Clive and Colin are pictured here dancing Cowboy Charleston in the dance marquee on Monday night. This is a very popular dance at the event, as it's one everyone can join in with and it's danced to almost everything! Apologies for the state of the picture - Clive says I had water on my lens, but I wonder if I have picked up something else going on here?? I would be interested in your thoughts on that.
I have been busy today sorting out a new logo for t-shirt printing as someone made me laugh after class on Tuesday when I had a mouthful of red wine - splattered all down the front! I am planning to get black t-shirts this time! Just need to learn tonight's dance for you
