I'm not surprised - we sold out of tickets for the Christmas Party at the weekend! However, as there are 2 halls at the venue in Manselton, if we have enough people wanting to come, we could move the party to the other hall, so please let me know if you would like to come - we already have a list of people who missed out on tickets and another 15 names will mean we can have a BIGGER party!!
We are also having a charity raffle on the night - all proceeds to the SDMU (Surgical Decision Making Unit) at Morriston Hospital, in memory of Joyce, who we sadly lost in the summer. I am hoping for some big prizes, so watch this space!
We had a brilliant time at the event in Aberavon Beach Hotel, hosted by local teachers Andrew & Val - I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who enjoys linedancing. However, the next event in March is already sold out. I believe they are keeping a list of names also, in case of cancellations, so let them know if you missed out on that one. (You can send a message via myself).
There are no classes during the 1st week of November, but we will be having a small class party on 30th October, so bring a plate to share. Just some social dancing and maybe some fancy dress for Halloween??
