I'm getting very excited at the thought of being able to delete one of the pages above though..... It seems that Wales will be getting rid of masks and other restrictions very soon, hopefully by the end of March at the latest, and that will mean that I can cut out a whole load of extra work involved in running the classes, particularly the restrictions on numbers and keeping a record of who leaves when, which is a right pain in the bum! I'll be in contact with the Council to check when I'll be able to lift these restrictions and let you know.
If you would like to stay later or come earlier, there seems to be plenty of room in both Beginners and Intermediates, so please feel free to do so. There is no extra charge for an extra hour, it's still £5 for the evening, however long you're there for. Obviously, Intermediates is a good bit harder than Improver so you will find it a challenge, but you never know what you can achieve til you try.
I've had a couple of people interested in weekenders and events. Probably the best place to look for these would be the Everything Line Dance page as it carries a section for just that.
I will be going to the Samlet Club relaunch on 23rd February, but I think they are fully booked at the moment for that one, although if Clive doesn't come with me, there will be his space up for grabs if anyone wants it.
We are also going to an event in Street in the middle of June, although it is sold out. And we are going to a Country Music Festival in Abergavenny in June. This is just £40 for the weekend if booked by end of March. Country events are a bit different to line dance events, so another chance to broaden your experience. So, just letting you know if you wanted company.
The Wagon Wheel Roundup is at the end of February but we're not going this time. If you want to go, you will get a very warm welcome from Colin, Joe and Ric, so don't feel you need us to hold your hand. If you let me know you're going, I'll give Col the heads up to look out for you.
See you Thursday!
